We accept Returns on all orders. The customer is liable for the Return costs.

We are working towards offering free returns, however at this stage the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Return an item:
- Make sure that the item meets our returns requirements (stated above).
- 'Contact Us' to let us know you would like to return the item(s) and we shall provide you with the returns information required.
- Send the item(s) to the address given using your preferred courier.
- Please keep delivery receipt as proof.
- Once we receive the item we will inspect it and give you a full refund (if eligible) within 7-10 days.
